RUMFORD — Funeral services with military honors for Richard N. Doughty, of Roxbury, were conducted 11 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 14, at the Meader & Son Funeral Home, 3 Franklin St., Rumford, with the Rev. Phil Tarr and Blazing Star Lodge 30, AF & AM Masonic Lodge officiating. Military honors were presented by the Maine Military Funeral Honors Program from Augusta. Words of remembrance were given by sisters, Patty Maclean and Deborah Mendez, who also read a letter from his niece, Mindie and nephew, Jake Maclean.
