AUBURN — The First Auburn Senior Citizens will meet for their Christmas banquet on Wednesday, Dec. 18, at the Ramada Inn. Doors open at 11 a.m. Magician Ron Locke will provide the entertainment and there will be special Pot of Gold drawings.
Because of the New Year holiday, there will be no meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 1. As a reminder, the storm rule is no school, no meeting.
On Wednesday, Jan. 15, there will be a spaghetti and meatball dinner. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased from Norma Godard at 784-3660.
Forty-one members attended the last meeting. Pot of Gold winners were Nancy Roy, John Watson and Madge Gardner. Attendance winners were Ellie Rolerson and Lucy Cowles. Special drawings were won by Nancy Hutchinson, Cecile Burgoine and Mary Tassineri. Member Joan Webb donated two Christmas baskets and the winners were Donna Harris and Diane Vincent.
