LEWISTON — A Funeral Mass honoring the life of Stella M. Chaloux was celebrated on Tuesday December 17, 2013 at Holy Cross Church following prayers at the Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home. Reverend Marc Caron celebrated the Mass and recited committal prayers at St. Peter’s Cemetery. At the beginning of the Mass, Mrs. Chaloux’s children Diane Chaloux, Lorraine Fontaine, Louise Triggiani, Marcel Chaloux Jr. and Patrick and Joline Chaloux placed the Pall on their mother’s casket which commemorated their mother’s Baptism into new life. During the Mass the First Reading was read by Mrs. Chaloux’s daughter Diane Chaloux and the Prayer of the Faithful was read by her grandson Jacob Chaloux. The Pallbearers were Anthony and Joel Rioux, Jacob and Nathan Chaloux, Dale Boucher and Tom Chaloux. A reception of fellowship was held at the Carriage House following the committal services at the cemetery. Arrangements by the Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home in Lewiston.
