The American Legion Riders Post 150 of Mechanic Falls and Mr. Drake’s class from Poland Consolidated School held a breakfast on Sept. 22 at the American Legion to benefit the RSU 16 Special Olympics team. The Legion Riders breakfast raised $400 for the team to help defer some of the costs of participation. Drake and his staff and students met with Legion Rider Director Russ Hart to receive the donation at their classroom.
