Arrests logged recently by the Rumford Police Department:

* Scott Frisco, 22, Rumford, juvenile arrest warrant for failure to appear on charge of unpaid restitution, 3:50 p.m. Dec. 19. He was conditionally released.

* Ashleigh Milligan, 19, Rumford, failure to appear on charge of theft, 1:18 p.m. Dec. 19. Milligan was released on $160 secure bail.

* Norman Jacques, 43, Rumford, domestic violence terrorizing and two counts of criminal mischief, 12:48 a.m. Dec. 19 on Spruce Street. Jacques was released on $800 unsecured bail and will be arraigned at 8:30 a.m. Feb. 4 in 11th District Court.

* Kory Whittemore, 20, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 11:26 p.m. Dec. 14 on Franklin Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail and will be arraigned at 8:30 a.m. Feb. 4 in 11th District Court.

Between Dec. 13 and 23, Rumford police responded to 106 calls for service. Among them were:

* A Virgin Street property owner reporting the theft of a ladder valued at $200.

* A Prospect Avenue resident reporting that a mail package was stolen from outside her home.
