NORWAY — Ralph S. Austin, 71, of Buckfield, died Tuesday, Dec. 24, at Stephens Memorial Hospital.

He was born on Jan. 12, 1942, the son of Ellsworth and Elizabeth Austin. He was a veteran of the Marine Corps, serving in Vietnam.

He is survived by his sons, Neal Austin and Tim Austin; grandsons, Brent Austin and Danny Austin; brothers, Elly Austin and Joe Austin; and sister, Carol.

He was predeceased by his wife, Myrtie Austin.
