AUBURN — Auburn Public Library has listed the January calendar for teens ages 12-18. For program information, call 207-333-6640, ext. 4, or visit www.auburnpubliclibrary.org.

Library hours are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays; and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays. Follow the Teen Space on Facebook and Pinterest.

Teens! Friday Stress Reliever, 4 to 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 3, in the Androscoggin Community Room. Available board games include Apples to Apples, Monopoly, Scrabble and Jenga. Snacks will be provided.

Teen Anime Club, 4 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, in the Androscoggin Community Room.

Safe Voices, 3 to 4 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 9, in the Teen Space. Amanda from Safe Voices will chat about relationships and work on projects.

Teens Read! Book Club, 4 to 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 10, in the Conference Room. Snacks will be provided.

Teen Life Skills Series! Nutrition, 4 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14, in the Androscoggin Community Room. Join Healthy Androscoggin for a demo which includes food taste tests. Choose MyPlate is a visual diagram to help us build a healthy plate.

Teen Gaming Hour, 4 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, in the Androscoggin Community Room. The library has XBox and Wii games rated teen and younger. Snacks will be served.

DIY Teens! Writer’s Group, 4 to 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 17, in Study Room 223. This group is for those who like to write and share what they’ve written.

Teen Life Skills Series! Fitness, Yoga, 4 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21, in the Androscoggin Community Room. Learn some yoga moves with APL’s own Jim Wilkins. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Healthy snacks will be provided.

DIY Teens! Takeover, 4 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22, in the Teen Space. Projects range from duct tape art to photography, create-your-own video games or make-your-own magnetic poetry.

SACC Visit, 3 to 4 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 23, in the Teen Space. Molly from the Sexual Assault Crisis Center will drop by the Teen Space for crafts, games and conversations.

APL Teens: Teen Advisory Board, 4 to 5 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 23 (note day/date change), in the Conference Room. If you have ideas, TAB is for you. The group meets the fourth Friday of each month.

Auburn Winter Festival 2014: Snowman Making Contest, 3 to 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24, on the front lawn. Build your best snowman, then come inside to warm up with cookies and hot cocoa.

DIY Teens! Media Club, 4 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29, in the CREATE! Media Lab. Create movies, music, graphic arts. Make trailers, podcasts and more to post on the library website.
