1955 – 2013

LEWISTON — Donald P. Benway, 58, of Auburn, died Monday, Dec. 23, at Central Maine Medical Center.

He was born in Auburn on July 26, 1955, the son of Philip Sr. and Marjorie (Edwards) Benway, and was a resident of this community all of his life.

He is survived by one daughter, Danielle Benway, of Auburn; two grandchildren, Dylan Sands and Chandler Benway, both of Auburn; one sister, Susan Leavitt, of Turner; and one brother, Philip Benway, of Buckeye, Ariz.

He was predeceased by a sister, Caroline Benway, who died in 1984.
