Happy Hearts is a new program being offered at the Auburn-Lewiston YMCA for children age 2 to 4 (adult must be present). The class is designed to instill healthy lifestyles habits with an emphasis on movement and play in a safe environment –  while having fun. Parachutes, balls, instruments and hoops are some of the favorites used to increase body awareness and social skills. Classes will be held from 10:15 to 11 a.m. beginning Friday, Jan. 10, at the Y. The session will run for eight weeks. Fees are $35 for Y members and $60 for others.
