PORTLAND — Irene Cecile Delorme, 77, a resident of Lewiston, passed away peacefully on Thursday, Jan. 2, surrounded by her family at Maine Medical Center.
She was born in Lewiston on June 18, 1936, the daughter of Alphonse and Yvonne (Levesque) Raymond.
Irene was a strong, loving mother and wife whose kindness had no limit. She will be missed by all.
She is survived by her loving husband, Rosaire Delorme; children, Simone Delorme, Anita Gauthier, Roland Delorme, Leo Delorme, Marcel Delorme and Georgette Bergeron (Delorme); siblings, Doris Fisher, Patricia Putnam, Rita Dorington, Pauline Severino and Roger Raymond; daughter-in-law, Linda Churchill Delorme; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her sister, Noella Roberts; and her son, Bertrand Delorme.
