GRAY — The National Weather Service a freezing rain advisory for Monday evening Tuesday morning.

A low pressure front moving into the Great Lakes region is expected to push warm, moist air into New England. The temperatures are expected to be close to freezing. Below freezing in some areas of western Maine and northern New Hampshire. These conditions will allow for freezing rain in Franklin and Oxford counties.

Only a trace amount of ice is expected to form on roadways but it still can make driving difficult on slippery roads.
