PORTLAND (AP) — The average price of gasoline has fallen nearly 2 cents in Maine in the past week, to $3.52 a gallon.
The gasoline pricing website GasBuddy.com surveys more than 1,200 Maine gasoline outlets.
The average price of gas nationally has fallen slightly to $3.29 a gallon.
Prices in Maine are 2.2 cents per gallon lower than a year ago, and 3.4 cents per gallon higher than a month ago.
The national average has increased 6.8 cents per gallon during the last month and stands 3.4 cents per gallon higher than a year ago.
