FARMINGTON — A Livermore Falls man was indicted Monday on charges related to the theft of a wallet and use of a credit card this past October.
Robert T. Judd, 34, was indicted on felony charges of three counts of forgery with priors and one count of receiving stolen property with priors. He also was indicted on a misdemeanor charge of misuse of identification.
The wallet is believed to have been stolen Oct. 3, 2013, at a business in Livermore Falls, Jay police Detective Richard Caton IV said last year. Police said they saw Judd in surveillance videos using using the card at businesses in Farmington, Jay, Livermore Falls and Wilton, he said.
Judd is accused of purchasing more than $1,200 in food, gas and other merchandise.
