The Paris Public Library will present a free needle felting workshop to create Valentine’s Day cards at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4. The workshop is for adults and is also open to children age 10 and up with parental supervision. To assure ample supplies, the number of participants is limited to 20.
