LEWISTON — A Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Pauline T. Faucher was celebrated by the Rev. Aaron Dambois on Tuesday morning, Feb. 4, at Holy Family Church of the Prince of Peace Parish.

At the beginning of Mass, Pauline’s granddaughters, Jennifer Adams and Breckon Anderson, draped a white burial pall over their grandmother’s casket, signifying Pauline’s baptism into a new spiritual life with God.

The offertory gifts were brought to the altar by Pauline’s two granddaughters, Breckon Anderson and Jennifer Adams, as well as Pauline’s two great-grandchildren, Nicholas Adams and Gracyn Anderson. Words of remembrance were shared by Pauline’s cousin, Terry Deschaines, as well as Jennifer Adams. A delegation from the Ladies of St. Ann was also in attendance.

Following the funeral procession to St. Peter’s Cemetery, committal prayers were recited by the Rev. Dambois. All in attendance were invited to join the family for a reception of fellowship at Marco’s Restaurant. Burial will be held in the spring at Maine Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery in Augusta. Arrangements were by Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home in Lewiston.
