FARMINGTON — Police issued summonses this week to a Mercer man on misdemeanor charges of unlawful sexual contact, indecent conduct and unlawful sexual touching, Farmington police Detective Marc Bowering said.
Gary Mosher, 54, was charged after two females reported to police last month an incident that occurred in Farmington last year, he said.
The charges are misdemeanors because one female is an adult and the other is a 17-year-old juvenile, he said. Felony charges involve victims under the age of 14.
Mosher is scheduled to appear in court March 5, Bowering said.
