HERMON (AP) — An Old Town woman and her 3-year-old son were hurt when their car rolled over on Interstate 95 in Hermon.
Police say 31-year-old Myndie Davis was headed south when she apparently lost control of her car at about 3:30 p.m. Sunday.
The car left the highway, hit a rock ledge and rolled over onto its roof. She was trapped in her vehicle and authorities needed the Jaws of Life to get her out.
Davis was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.
The boy was taken to the hospital as a precaution because his injuries appeared superficial.
The cause remains under investigation.
