AUBURN — City Manager Clinton Deschene said Tuesday night’s snowstorm convinced city officials to forgo their planned workshop.
“We have a parking ban in place for the storm, so it seemed kind of strange to have people coming in for a meeting,” Deschene said.
City councilors were scheduled to review new ward lines and financial results from the Norway Savings Bank Arena. Those items will be moved to Thursday’s special workshop.
Councilors had set Thursday’s meeting to discuss goals and the city’s action plan.
“These items will be added to that agenda,” Deschene said. “The rest of the items on Tuesday’s agenda will put on the agenda next Monday.”
Thursday’s workshop is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. at Auburn Hall.
