Sermon on ‘Change of Heart’

PARIS — The First Universalist Church on Pine Street will hold the regular worship service at 10 a.m. Sunday, March 16.

Anita White will conduct the service with a sermon titled “A Change of Heart.”

Donna Hurd is the music director and Renee Wales is director of Sunday School. Coffee and fellowship will follow the worship service and all are welcomed. Childcare is available and The First Universalist Church is wheelchair accessible.

Presence Radio pledge drive

PORTLAND — With a mission to educate Catholics and non-Catholics about the beauty of the Catholic faith, The Presence Radio Network (106.7 FM in Greater Portland and Lewiston/Auburn, 90.3 FM in Greater Bangor, 89.7 FM in Bath/Brunswick and 89.5 FM in Augusta) relies on pledges to keep its impactful message on the air.

Maine’s only Catholic Radio network will hold the Light in the Darkness Pledge Drive from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. from March 19-21. On Wednesday, March 19, Bishop Robert P. Deeley will celebrate Mass live at 8 a.m.

Free coffee, treats at Minot church

MINOT — All are invited for free coffee and treats from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Sunday, March 30, at the Minot United Methodist Church, corner of Route 121 and Empire Road. This is open to the public and everyone is invited.
