TURNER — The annual Leavitt Project Grad Auction will be held on Saturday, March 29, in the high school cafeteria. Preview begins at 9 a.m. with the opening call at 10 and the closing sometime around 1 p.m. Proceeds will benefit the Class of 2014 in their post-graduation event which will be held at the Alfond Youth Center in Waterville.

Dozens of gift certificates and vouchers have been collected for a wide array of goods and services including firewood, gardening products, massage, restaurant meals, auto care, hair care, child care, lawn care, pet care, karate, jiu jitsu, photo shoots, machine gun shoot, golf outings and even an airplane ride.

Additional choice items up for bid are a May weekend on Bailey Island, a week of Hoop Camp for a girl or boy entering eighth or ninth grade, four Red Sox tickets, rental of a bouncy house, driving lessons, Downeaster tickets and footballs signed by Deion Sanders and Steve Grogan. There will also be some donated articles suitable for regifting, quality crafted items and homemade baked goods and confections to attract bidders’ attention. Breakfast and lunch items will be available on site for purchase.
