CANTON — Carolyn L. Whitney, 72, of Canton, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 6, at her home in Canton, surrounded by her loving family and close friends.
Carolyn is survived by her longtime companion, Charlie Meeks, of Turner; six sons, Algernon Collins III of Lewiston, Robert Collins and his wife, Monique, of Poland, David Collins of Lewiston, Jody Collins and his longtime friend, Lottie Greer, of Canton, Patrick Collins and his wife, Krystal, of Connecticut and Shawn Whitney and his wife, Kristin, of Auburn; and two daughters, Donna Kane Peppin of Auburn and April Hunt of Dixfield.
