1933 – 2014

LEWISTON — Reine T. Cloutier, 81, of Grandview Apartments in Lewiston, died peacefully on Sunday, Feb. 23.

She was born in Lewiston on Feb. 7, 1933, the daughter of Walter and Alice Dumont Cloutier. She was educated locally and was a graduate of Lewiston High School, Class of 1951. Reine worked for more than 30 years at the Bates Mill.

Reine enjoyed playing the piano as a child. She was also the caretaker of her father, Walter, until his passing in 1977.

She is survived by her brother, Roland Cloutier, of Danbury, Conn.

She was predeceased by her partner, Stan Coffin; her brothers, Roger and Walter; a sister, Yolande; and many nieces and nephews.
