AUBURN — The Maine Real Estate & Development Association will hold a breakfast buffet and program April 15 at Martindale Country Club, 527 Beech Hill Road.

Real Estate Development 101: What You Need to Know is the second seminar where a developer, a banker, and an architect walk through the typical process of a development timetable.

Breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8 a.m. followed by the program from 8 to 9 a.m.

Registration is requested by April 10. Cost is $25 for members, $35 for nonmembers. After April 10, prices increase by $10 per person. Payment is expected at the time of registration. No refunds will be granted to anyone who registers but fails to attend or who cancels after April 10.
