Legion Auxiliary to elect officers
RUMFORD — The American Legion Auxiliary Unit 24 will hold the annual voting at 6 p.m. Sunday, April 6.
Members will vote for president, first and second vice president, treasurer, secretary, sergeant-at-arms, historian and three member of the Executive Committee.
Anyone who would like to be on the Nominating Committee or be an officer should see committee Chairwoman Donna Wotton or call 369-9053.
The committee meets once or twice before the elections.
The American Legion Auxiliary supports veterans and their families and encourages members to be involved.
Trailblazers invite new members
MEXICO — The Mexico Trailblazers snowmobile club will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 2, downstairs at the Mexico Town Hall. All are welcome. Those who would like to become a member may do so by attending the meeting or calling Nick Brown at 364-8665.
Louvat’s Appreciation Jam on Saturday
RUMFORD — Louvat’s Appreciation Jam will take place from 1 to 6 p.m. Saturday, April 5, at the Rumford Eagles Hall, 13 Oxford Ave.
The event is free and all are welcome.
American Legion Post 24, SAL to meet
RUMFORD — American Legion Post 24 will hold the monthly meeting at 6 p.m. Sunday, April 6. Supper will be served at 5. Election for Legion and SAL officers will take place.
