NORWAY — The First Universalist Church of Norway, at 479 Main St., has announces its April services.
April 6: “As We Grow and Change,” Brigid Whitney-Gallagher.
April 13: “Yom Hashoah: A Holocaust Remembrance,” Bernice Martin. Martin will lead a Yom Hashoah ritual of poetry and prayer, a healing path of Holocaust remembrance.
April 20: “Rolling Away the Stone,” The Rev. Fayre Stephenson. While Unitarian Universalists may differ about the significance of Easter, there are many aspects upon which most can agree. Easter signifies a renewal of hope. Attendees will celebrate the hope and renewal of Easter and spring.
April 27: “Our Church Home,” Stephenson. How are our church home and our mission related? What is the importance of stewardship in our church life? Join us as we focus on these questions and the beautiful building that is home to our religious community.
Anyone interested in joining the Norway UU Church may contact the church at 743-2828. The public is always welcome to visit without joining.
