FARMINGTON — On Saturday, April 12, Giddy-Up & Go 4-H Horse Club will team up with Dr. Stephanie Heikkinen, DVM, to hold an equine vaccination clinic.

Horses, ponies, donkeys and other equines can get their annual rabies and other vaccines and have blood drawn for Coggins tests in the parking lot at Trinity Methodist Church on Route 2. The hours are 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The cost of the vaccines are: Rabies for $15; Eastern Western Encephalitis and Tetanus (EWT) for $25; West Nile for $35; and Flu/Rhino $35. The EWT is also known as 3-Way and the EWT plus the Flu/Rhino is sometimes known as 5-Way. The cost of the Coggins test is $35.
