Softball league meeting Friday

RUMFORD — River Valley softball league will hold a meeting at 6 p.m. Friday, April 11, at the Greater Rumford Community Center.

A coach or representative from each team is asked to be present.

Relay team plans bake sale

RUMFORD — Abbie’s Avengers, a River Valley Relay For Life Team, will hold a bake sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 19, at the Marden’s parking lot.

Proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society.
