LIVERMORE FALLS — Police are investigating a burglary at Pike’s Corner Oasis on Route 133 where cigarettes and a safe containing lottery tickets and an undisclosed amount of cash were stolen.
Lt. Joe Sage and officer Steven Wilkinson are investigating the burglary that was reported at 3:01 a.m. Friday when management arrived to open the store, police Chief Ernest Steward Jr. said.
There was no forced entry into the store, but force was used to get into a locked office where the safe was located, he said.
Officers have a person of interest they are looking at, he said.
