LIVERMORE FALLS — The owner of Pike’s Corner Oasis said he’s “letting the police do their job,” following an early Friday break-in.

Charlie Barker said he has surveillance video evidence of the suspect who broke through two doors — one in the store and the other in his office. Barker said, one door “broke right in two.”

Lt. Joseph Sage confirmed the forced entry in the burglary that was reported at 3:01 a.m. when management arrived to open the store.

Among the items stolen were cigarettes and a safe containing lottery tickets and an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police Chief Ernest Steward Jr. told the Sun Journal on Saturday that there is a person of interest they are investigating.
