1929 – 2014
LEWISTON — Theresa M. Bonney 84, a resident of Woodman Hill Road, Minot, died Saturday, April 12, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center with her daughter, Linda by her side.
She was born in Livermore Falls, Dec. 22, 1929, the daughter of Marguerite (Richard) and Edward Richard. She graduated from Livermore Falls High School in 1948, and married Clarence T. Bonney on Oc. 31, 1949. Besides raising two daughters, she did bookkeeping for her husband’s business, Bonney’s TV in Auburn, for 36 years and worked part time at B. Peck Store in Lewiston. She decorated many special occasion cakes and knitted hundreds of items for family, friends, and fund raisers. She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church.
Survivors include her husband, Clarence; daughter Linda Bonney Olin and husband, William; brother Gerard Richard and wife Annette; three grandchidren, Theresa Olin, Jeffrey Olin, and Angela St. Pierre Mayer and husband, Richard; one great-granddaughter, Emily Marie Mayer; three sisters in law, Nancy Bonney, Joyce Richard, and Rachel Arkin and husband, Carl; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Marie St. Pierre; two brothers, Donald and Emile Richard; two sisters, Annette Richard and Claudia Gilbert; and two brothers-in-law, Vernon and Eugene Bonney.
