1956 – 2014

GREENE — Vicki Lynn Melville, 57, of Greene, passed away unexpectedly at her home with her best friend and loving husband by her side on the evening of Monday, April 14.

Vicki was born in Lewiston on July 23, 1956, the daughter of Edward and Phyllis (Jack) Kimball. Vicki was educated in Buckfield schools and at Mid-State College in Auburn. On June 19, 1976, Vicki married Randy Melville and carried a 27-year career at Liberty Mutual.

She enjoyed yard work, feeding the birds, gardening in her beautiful flower beds and relaxing by the poolside with her husband.

Besides her husband, Randy, Vicki is survived by her parents, Edward and Phyllis Kimball; her three daughters, Lindsey and her husband, David Sardella, of Leeds, Darcie Theriault and loving partner, Chris Garrity, of Leeds and Jaime Melville Brochu of Greene; one brother, Kevin and sister-in-law, Kathy Kimball, of Buckfield; sister-in-law, Susan and Michael Janosco; sister-in-law, Dawn Roberts; and seven grandchildren, Riley, Hailey and Eva Theriault, Ethan and Kalyn Brochu and Alexis and Benjamin Sardella, with an eighth unborn grandchild she will see from Heaven. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and daughter who will be sadly missed by many, including Louise Tancrede, Louise Coleman and Nikki Niva. We will carry you in our hearts forever; we love you.
