I congratulate Gregory Ellis for his true statement in his letter (April 14). Welfare fraud must be stopped.
Of course, the Democrats in office want to vote against Gov. LePage’s position because all they want are the votes. They don’t seem to care about the state of Maine.
They would just as soon give the money from all the working men and women to welfare recipients.
Welfare fraud is a very important issue. Democrats such as Troy Jackson and Justin Alfond need to wake up.
Fixing welfare fraud shouldn’t be about your votes.
