Promising newcomers: Freshman — Amber Raymond.
Season outlook: The Ramblers have much of the team back from last year. Winthrop was just hoping to go .500 and reach the tourney last year, but ended up winning a quarterfinal before losing to Madison in the semis. With much of last year’s team returning, the Ramblers are hoping to build off that experience and keep Winthrop in the thick of the Western C mix.
