LA TUQUE, Quebec — Robert “Bob” Paradis, 85, died peacefully, surrounded by loving family in La Tuque, Quebec, on Monday, April 14.

He was born on November 15, 1928, in Lewiston.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Marian Sullivan; his children, David (Margaret) Paradis of Barrie, Ontario, Maryann (Frank) Kilravey of Rothesay, New Brunswick, Suzanne Paradis of La Tuque, Quebec, Diane (Guy) Lepage or La Tuque, Quebec; his brother, Gerard Paradis, of Melbourne, Fla.; his sisters, Alfreda Paradis, of Lewiston, Georgette (John) Sweat of Stuart, Fla.; his sisters in Law, Virginia Work of Jackson, Lorraine Sullivan of Troy, Patricia Howard of Orono; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 28 nieces and nephews; and countless friends and associates.

Visitation will be at Perreault et Fils Funeral Home, 602 Rue Commerciale, La Tuque, Quebec, on April 21at 9 a.m. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, April 21, at St. Zephirin Catholic Church, La Tuque, Quebec, at 11 a.m. The family wishes to thank all the medical personelle and staff at Centre Sante Service Sociale Du Haute Mauricie, La Tuque.
