1954 – 2014

JAY — Kenneth Merrill, 59, of Jay, died Saturday evening, April 19, following a long illness.

He was born in Farmington on July 1, 1954, to Clayton and Catherine (Robichaud) Merrill. He was a graduate of Jay High School, Class of 1972.

Kenneth traveled nationally installing cell towers. Before his illness, he was employed by the Livermore Falls school district. His hobbies were hunting and fishing, and he also enjoyed gardening.

He is survived by his sister and her husband, Suzanne and Paul Vose, of Derry, N.H.; his brothers and their wives, Dennis and Judith Merrill of Readfield and Charles and Brenda Merrill of Livermore; his godmother, Alice Merrill of Livermore Falls; seven nieces and nephews; his former boss and dear friend, Michael Sullivan, of Standish; and many cousins and close friends.

He was predeceased by his parents.
