FARMINGTON — The RSU 9 school board voted April 22 after an executive session to approve a proposal that increases salaries for the district’s non-union employees, Superintendent Tom Ward said Thursday.

The increases average about 2 percent, and there were no increase in benefits, he said.

The non-union employees include central office support staff, social workers, psychologists, technology staff, and volunteer and wellness coordinators.
