FARMINGTON — Mallett School is taking appointments for kindergarten and pre-K registration.

Kindergarten registration will be held from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 29. Call 778-3529 for an appointment.

Pre-K registration will be held from 8 a.. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 15, and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, May 16. Call 778-3529 for an appointment.

The child must be 5 years old on or before Oct. 15 in order to register for kindergarten. For pre-K, the child must be 4 years old on or before Oct. 15.

At registration, parents will need their child’s original birth certificate, up to date immunization records, a recent photo of the child and filled out parental questionnaire and medical history forms. New this year, registration packets should be picked up at Mallett School prior to registration.

Students who are currently enrolled in Mallett, Cushing or Cape Cod Hill School’s pre-K program do not need to re-register for kindergarten.
