Phillip Fiore, 24, of Norway, disorderly conduct, 3:53 a.m. May 9 in Norway, by Norway Police Department.
Troy A. Hampton, 23, of Skowhegan, two counts of failure to pay fines and two counts of violation of bail conditions, 6:20 p.m. May 8 in Rumford, by Rumford Police Department.
Weldon Curtis Poland, 30, of Paris, failure to pay fines, 6:49 p.m. May 8 in Norway, by Norway Police Department.
Curtis J. Tripp, 36, of Norway, failure to pay fines, 12:10 a.m. May 8 in Norway, by Norway Police Department.
