Red Hat Mommas meet for tea May 29

MEXICO — The Red Hat Mommas of Western Maine will meet for tea at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 29, at the Green Church.

Louise Horne will host a vintage wedding show.

Cost is $10.

On May 1, the group motored to the Green Ladle in Lewiston for an inside barbecue lunch.

Rummage sale, take-out beans

DIXFIELD — A rummage sale and take-out baked bean supper (while supplies last) will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 24. The sale supports Mystic Valley Grange No. 313, at 932 U.S. Route 2 West and Route 17, East Dixfield.

There will be baked beans, brown bread, rolls, coleslaw and baked goods.

Yard sale benefits Relay For Life

PERU — Relay For Life team Abbie’s Avengers will have a yard sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, May 30, at 711 Auburn Road.

All proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society.
