1991 – 2014
AUBURN — Casey Neil Simpson, 23, of Auburn, passed away on Saturday, May 17.
He was born in Lewiston on March 22, 1991, the son of Daniel and Gail Blossom Simpson. He attended Minot Elementary School and Poland Regional High School. Casey faithfully served in the U.S. Army in Iraq and on the burial team at Fort Bragg.
He was currently attending Central Maine Community College and was a devoted father to his daughter, Marley. He and his father enjoyed going to Bruins and Celtics games. In his younger days, he enjoyed skateboarding and basketball.
Casey is survived by his father, Dan Simpson and his fiancée, Michelle Jones, of Sabattus; his mother, Gail, of Auburn; his former wife, Emma; his daughter, Marley; his sisters, Melissa Morris, Katie Simpson and Kristen Simpson; his brothers, Michael Jalbert, Cayden Simpson and Cameron Simpson; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
