Gifford’s 16 Pepsi 7

Gifford’s raced out to an 11-0 lead and went on defeat Pepsi,16-7.

Gifford’s Ricky Cote smashed a two-run home run in the top of the first and added a double, driving in four runs for the day. Dominic Priola of Gifford’s also swung a hot bat as he rapped out two hits of his own. Cy Saucier and Tyler Jalbert had hits for Pepsi.

Winthrop 4, Maranacook 1

Jacob Hickey got the win on the mound Bennet Brooks earned the save as Winthrop beat Maranacook, 4-1.

Winthrop’s Matt Ingram sincled and Antonio Meucci did the same. For Maranacook, Nathan Delmar singled and Chris Florek also had a hit.
