LEWISTON — Donald and Pauline Bussiere of Lisbon are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Robin Lynn Bussiere of Lewiston, to Jesse James Melanson of Lewiston, son of Ervin and Mary Melanson of Sabattus.

Miss Bussiere is a graduate of Lisbon High School and Mount Ida College with a degree in fashion merchandising. She is employed in Brunswick.

Mr. Melanson is a graduate of Lisbon High School and received a master’s degree in homeland security and emergency management. He is a U.S. Army combat veteran and is employed at Bath Iron Works.

The wedding will be held on Oct. 4 in Poland Spring.
