Rumford Town Manager John Madigan and EnvisionRumford members met on May 22 with Robert Berry III, PE, and Richard W. Dunton of Main-Land Development Consultants Inc. and Keith B. Smith of Terrence J. DeWan & Associates regarding the reconstruction of the sidewalks on the Island. Main-Land Development and Landscape Architect Terrence J. DeWan will submit an estimate to develop a design for the reconstruction of the downtown sidewalks as part of the town’s revitalization.
