SCARBOROUGH — Jacqueline W. Curtis, 73, of Lisbon Falls, died at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House on Wednesday, May 28, after a short illness.
She was born in Richmond on Dec. 21, 1940, to Clara and Giles Skinner.
