A Living Gluten Free seminar is being offered by Suzanne Dunham on Saturday, June 28 at 10 a.m. to noon at Dunham Farm in Greenwood. This program is for people who have been newly diagnosed with Celiac Disease/gluten intolerance, or other health issue that going gluten free may help, and for family and friends of those who are gluten intolerant. It will include the basics, digestive issues and cross contamination.
The Dunhams operate a licensed commercial kitchen that is a dedicated gluten free facility. Suzanne first developed the Living Gluten Free presentation and cooking workshops in 2005. She and her husband began a gluten free baking business 2012 from their kitchen located in the sugar house at their farm in Greenwood. Gluten free baked goods and mixes are sold throughout the western hills and now Lewiston. Brian and Suzanne are also beekeepers and process maple for syrup and other products.
