AUBURN — Geneva G. Raymond, 91, of Livermore, died Friday, June 6, at the Androscoggin Hospice House.
She was born in East Peru on Feb. 1, 1923, a daughter of Fred and Mildred (Bigelow) Russell. She graduated from Canton High School in 1941 and attended Bliss Business College.
She married H. Gordon Ellis in 1942, then married Robert M. Raymond in 1950.
Geneva is survived by her son, Gordon “Ted” Ellis and wife, Carol; three grandchildren, Tracy Ellis-Dario and her husband, Jon, and their sons, Jake and Braden, of Warren, N.J., Cynthia Herren and her husband, Kenneth, and their daughters, Rachel and Faith, of Prospect, Conn., and Alan Ellis and his wife, Carrie, and their children, Christine and Nicholas, of Camillus, N.Y.; a sister, Madeline Jordan; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Robert, in 1977; her special friend and companion of 22 years, Robert Eastman, in 2012; and two brothers, the Rev. Fred Jr. and Richard Russell.
