Brad was born in Lewiston on Jan. 21, 1937, and was the only son of the late Alcide J. and Bellina M. Dupile. After high school, Brad faithfully served his country in the U.S. Army from 1955 to 1959. From there, he joined the U.S. National Guard.

After their children were raised, Brad and Joan purchased a camper and a boat named “The Rowdy,” in which they enjoyed many years of fun with family and friends. Brad enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, especially camping, and attending their sporting events.
He loved traveling with his wife to many places, including Mohegan Sun and Cabbage Island, and going on cruises. He was also an avid animal lover.
