She enjoyed traveling to Bonita Springs, Fla., with her daughter. Her favorite eating place in Bonita Springs was Doc’s Beach House. Carol had a love of music, especially the violin. She loved spending time with her grandsons and often reminisced about their childhood activities, like attending their hockey games. She moved to Maine to be closer to her twin sister, Helen Shelton. Carol often went on fun journeys with Helen and niece, Dianna Carr.

She leaves her daughter, Carol Lee Rocha and her husband, Jose, of Tewksbury, Mass.; two sisters, Helen M. Shelton of Auburn and Diane Smith of Florida; a brother, James A.
