Both meeting will be at the Fairgrounds at 36 Green Road (across from Melby’s) just off Route 35, and both will start at 2 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend either or both meetings.

As always there are lots of jobs that need to be done before the fair starts. Painting, mowing, railing on most buildings, weed-whacking and work on grandstands are just a few jobs that Ron Hill, grounds superintendent, could use some help with. Ron’s number is 461-9898 and he will be at the fairgrounds every weekend.

The fair will be held July 18-20. Three new events are Mad Science, Maine Outdoor Exhibits and Demos and the Little Hands on the Farm and there will be a bouncy house for kids to enjoy.
