WATERFORD — Waterford Library welcomes back to Maine all the Waterford summer residents and invites all to visit the library and see the changes made over the winter.
The children’s room has been moved upstairs to give them more room and to provide more space downstairs for the ever-expanding adult collection.
The library is sponsoring a summer reading program for children starting on June 23. Sign up anytime after school gets out.
The Sea Dogs have donated 50 vouchers for tickets and these will be given to the first 50 children who sign up. The theme of the program is Choose Your Own Adventure and will feature little adventures every Wednesday morning from June 23 until Aug. 6.
Participants will keep a reading log and receive small rewards as they move along.
